La propuesta se articula en torno a la cooperaci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada y el trabajo conjunto con comunidades originarias, promoviendo la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica y el desarrollo sostenible de los salares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-64812513ee91259114ad40983de49c88\">Pamela Goicovich, presidenta de CIL Lithium, destac\u00f3 que la regeneraci\u00f3n es un paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la sostenibilidad, orientada a \u201csanar, restaurar y volver a generar vida sobre la base de alianzas de confianza\u201d. Roxana Torres, vicepresidenta del Consejo de Pueblos Atacame\u00f1os Lickanantay, sostuvo que \u201cno hay regeneraci\u00f3n sin autonom\u00eda\u201d, mientras que H\u00e9ctor Mario Cruz, presidente de la Comunidad Atacame\u00f1a de Camar, enfatiz\u00f3 que el desarrollo sostenible \u201cdebe respetar los ciclos naturales y las tradiciones de los pueblos que habitan los salares\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-79f6144e7a1800ce055a23f147a56cbc\">Por su parte, Sebasti\u00e1n Qui\u00f1ones, director de desarrollo estrat\u00e9gico de CIL Lithium, present\u00f3 los cinco ejes del plan: confianza, capacidades, trazabilidad, transformaci\u00f3n productiva y liderazgo. Subray\u00f3 que el desaf\u00edo es construir una miner\u00eda regenerativa que una la ciencia con la sabidur\u00eda ancestral, impulsando la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional, la investigaci\u00f3n aplicada y la certificaci\u00f3n de sostenibilidad. \u201cLa era cobre\u2013litio no solo es tecnol\u00f3gica, tambi\u00e9n es cultural.
